Lady Musketeers Drop Fourth Straight, Losing to Wright State

Xavier women's basketball hit a season-high 12 three pointers in Saturday's 86-74 loss to Wright State at Cintas Center. The Musketeers dropped to 1-4 on the year, while the Raiders improved to 2-1. Xavier hit a season-high 12 three pointers with four Musketeers connecting on at least one three pointer. The Musketeers also scored a season-high 74 points and dished out a season-high 16 assists. Sophomore Carrie Gross scored a career-high 15 points on 7-for-8 shooting while Freshman Morgan Sharps scored a season-high 15 points on 5-for-12 shooting. Finally, Sophomore Lauren Wasylson scored a season-high 14 points on 5-for-9 shooting.

Xavier returns to action on Sunday, Dec. 1 at Robert Morris. Tip-off is slated for 12 p.m.
