Mackayla Scarlett matched her career high in scoring on Thursday night with 19 points, leading the Musketeers to a 71-57 win over Detroit Mercy at Cintas Center.
Xavier moves to 2-0 on the year, while the Titans drop to 0-2. The Musketeers have back-to-back wins to open the season for the first time since the 2020-21 season.
