JP attempted 11 threes last night, making 5. That's got to be the most 3's he's taken all season in one game.
He's averaging just under 4 attempts a game, but the Celts were resting some of their starters against the pitiful Knicks.

I wonder if figured wioth others out he might as well beef up the stats or did the coach say...James you have to carry the load tonight.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

According to his NBA.com profile, that is the second time in his career he has shot 11 3s in a game. He made 7 against Washington on 12/15/06.
Last night was also his season high in rebounds: 11, and minutes: 41.

nba.com's box score had Posey for only 3 rebounds (zero off the offensive boards). He was also credited with 3 assists and 2 steals in his 41+ minutes of play.
