Strong Men
Josh Duncan is the strongest player in the entire NBA draft. He was able to bench press 185 pounds 26 times, 2 more then second place Joe Alexander. Stanley Burrell bench pressed 185 pounds 21 times. There were only 5 people that did it 20 times, and two of them are Xavier grads. We've always known we have a great weight and conditioning program, but having proof like that is really something to brag about to potential recruits.

Re: Strong Men
This is a tribute to the hard work of Coach Rounds and his staff and also the dedication and hard work put forth by the players. They are given the best of the best equipment and a coach that is great, it is up to them to do it and these guys did.....

Re: Strong Men
I wanted so much to say...
If our weight training staff can teach the ability to have that many reps with 185 lbs, imagine how many times they could press the likes of Dawn Rogers...
but I just don't think it is appropriate on this board.
