Massively vital 'dub last evening. Imagine the universe had we dropped yet another close big out of conf game.... Who cares how we got the job done. No need to dissect this one as it was a team win, including all players and coaches. You have to hand it to Coach Huggs. Lots of new parts he is filtering in this young season yet his team plays hard and forces you to play a grown man's game for forty. Could not be more proud and thrilled today.
- Now a much needed week to decompress and gear back up for the Shootout.

Great to get the Win. Some rough moments early in the game and some horrible officiating.

Love having Kunkel back. Claude continues to develop and gain confidence.

Nunge may not be especially physical defensively, but he avoids foul trouble by playing positional defense. His length allows him to defend the post well without getting overly physical. I agree with Miller that when he is playing well, he is one of the best bigs in college basketball. I'm curious how he would do at the next level. He will certainly have the option to play overseas but he could get a shot at the NBA.

Jones continues to play well.

Boum has been amazing all year. He is distributing as well as putting points on the board. His FT shooting is going to win a lot of games.

Hunter is giving the team energy off the bench. He is allowing Miller to rest Free and Nunge.

The Big East is definitely struggling this year. X needed this win for themselves and the conference. Probably a 4 bid league this year.
