I fully expect Xavier to move up in the top 25 polls , but. Xavier is 11th and 12th in this week's top 25. However, Xavier is ranked 41st in the NET rankings because X is 1-3 against the top 1 to 50 teams in the country/ranking. So, if the MM seedings were today, X might be a 4 to 6 seed...my guess.

Xavier is moving up in the computer rankings but they have more work to do. Anyone paying attention, knows Xavier would have beat Gonzaga with a full lineup. Unfortunately that doesn't get counted in computer rankings.

There are plenty of opportunities for X to get top 50 wins and for others to drop more games. X should be where they need to be for a top 2 or 3 seed if they win the big east. I have booked my flights to Houston in case the team decides to make the trip.

I think you may have some outdated information. Xavier is 18 in the NET (has been for a week or more) and is currently projected as the top 4 seed, with some bracketologists already predicting a 3 seed. They are 2-3 against quad-1 (and all those quad-1 games were against teams in the top 50 in the NET).
Let's March!
