Would someone please explain why Xavier's comparison to Connecticut, Houston, and other teams is unfavorable?

So, it's driving me crazy... Once a week or so, I go to check out www.bracketologists.com to see how our Muskies are measuring up. Given what I'm showing below, how is it possible that Xavier ranks lower than UCONN, especially considering the home & away season series sweep?

UCON does not make sense to me but I do not know what formula is used in the various computerized rankings. I'm surprised Houston is first but their Quad 1 record is better than Xavier's.
