Claude is head and shoulders better than any of our guards. Claude would start for a lot of top 20 teams . Probably most of them. He is elite at driving to the basket from the right side. Like every player he has his flaws which I pointed out regularly. Do I think we should have given him 500,000 dollars a shooting coach and a special trainer . Heck no. Do I miss him of course. Claude and Freemantle could start for any Big East teams including U Conn and Marquette. I am happy for him but USC is probably a top 60 team at best. I think Claude can and has played better defense. We would be a lot more dangerous if we had him. He still can't shoot the three and he has a long way to go to be a real point guard. Physically we have no guard like him. I wish him the best but every team has a budget.

Claude continues to tear it up . Last game he had 25 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. I was the one who said he wasn't a good passer. LOL

Elijah Tucker playing well for Longwood on ESPNU. He has gotten bigger and can still jump. Claude has been playing great. We probably should have paid him considering the NIL money we wasted on Hughley, Green, and Maddox. Nova went on a run when Hughley came into the game. Amazing how weak and unathletic he is for a big.

I'm watching the highpoint Longwood game, too, and Tucker is big but still can jump but has a hard time making a shot around the rim tonight. I see he is inconsistent with a great game with 20 points in 20 minutes, then a 10-minute game with 0 to 4 points He does look good in the white headband
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Claude is continuing to have a good year at USC. He is averaging almost the exact numbers he had at Xavier. Sixteen points a game , 3.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists a game . He got a bone bruise in his knee two games ago and has missed the last two games. Does Skyhop's or anyone know if he got a NBA shooting coach, a personal trainer and 500,000 dollars a year? USC is 13-9 about like us and unlikely to make the tournament
