I think two of the timeouts were caused by the in bounds plays running out of time. Both Wright and Moore don't run hard to the ball when the other team presses. Filip also got trapped in the corner on a in bounds play and had too call a timeout. Not sure how Walker is getting so much time the last 6 games. He is averaging over 20 minutes a game with not a lot of production. Anderson only got 13 minutes . As good as Wright was in the first half he was equally poor in the second half. Six games left with Seton hall, Georgetown and Nova at home. We only have one Big East road win so far so I'm hoping for a split if we play well.

I think you are being a little hard of Walker. He is not meant to be a star whenhe comes in, but a relief man that can get a few rebounds and not shoot unless he is the only option. While his stats are not great he allows starters to get a blow and yesterday had a couple key rebounds in the second half. If the Evansville kid was playing Walker might not get minutes but what is the alternative with Mier not consisted an option for some reason and Pozzato situtation.

Maybe you think Michael Wolf is the answer
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Muskieman I was a little hard on Walker but over twenty minutes a game seems like about 8 too much,. Anderson only got 13 minutes and played well when he got in. I know the starters need to rest but I think Pops, Panoam and especially Anderson deserve more time. I believe all of us consider Anderson a much better player than Walker? At least I do. LOL

I hate to disagree with MM on this one, but Walker is not a BE player. He was brought in as a defensive stopper from a decent team and rarely stays in front of his man and is not athletic. Anderson deserved more time in the second half since he was the only guard staying with their guards. Anderson makes some bad decisions on offense, but at least gives effort on D. I'm surprised Panoam doesn't get more minutes considering he is our best athlete. I'm afraid Pape isn't really a BE player either. Hopefully, Pozzato comes back next year.

ummm, this is EVERYONE on the team so why should that limit Walker's minutes when EVERYONE does this? he's doing no worse/better than any other guy on the team.

Kevin, Walker doesn't average 20 minutes a game. Sure, he had 20 minutes against Marquette, but his physical play matched the style of Marquette. Walker didn't shoot the ball much, but when he did, he was mostly productive. I am not defending Walker, but just giving the facts. BTW, just to keep facts straight, Anderson is averaging 23.1 minutes a game and Walker 15.6. Anderson production numbers from the field are 37.6, from the foul line 75.0, and from three point 28.4. While Walker's numbers are from the field 43.2, from the foul line 76.2, from three point 42.9
