That's a little cold. If he's as sick as is being reported, having 8 days off is irrelevant. He's sick now. Even is he was completely healthy, I think Stan holds him to under 15 points and we win anyway; it's just a little closer. I'm hoping they're at full strength so they'll have no excuses when we beat them at UD in February.Filthy Chilean wrote:And all this talk about BR being sick is a joke. Golf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

My point is that he should have had a daily IV (Pablo style), plenty of rest and risen above it for their biggest game of the year.
I agree and hope their entire team is healthy for the game at the dump. But you're dreaming if there won't be excuses. dayton ALWAYS has excuses.

I'm not going to trash Roberts over one game. The guy is still a great player. If UD had all their players, last night would not have been that kind of a beat down.I think we still win but a lot closer score. It will be interesting to see what happens Feb 24.I guarantee Roberts will score more than 5 points.

Why was Roberts running all over the court to get open if he was that sick? He got sick and TIRED trying to get an open shot.

You're being extremely naive. UD fans always have excuses. Usually it's because of the refs, but last night was b/c of their injured players.bjf123 wrote:That's a little cold.
