That is true regarding DBrown not staying his senior year. He and Miller were always very tight. Glad he is having a great NBA career.
As we all should know by now, it's increasingly commong for guys to leave after 1-2-3 years in school, and more and more commentators are taking the position that you only cost yourself $$$ by sticking around for your final season.
So, to lay Brown's leaving at Mack's feet is a little disingenuous, IMHO. And he's not having a "great" NBA career. He's gotten to the point where he seems like a dependable backup, which is fine, but by no means "great".
