I don't believe overseas players are ranked like in the US.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Looks like he can help, especially from an offensive standpoint, short or long range. Article indicated he needs work on ball handling and defense. Looked ok handling the ball (at least on the pick and roll). D Brown was never a great ball handler either but was sufficient for our needs. I just hope the guy can pick up the defensive game. Looks like lots of upside.
