Considering I'm not even sure that Siani is a division 1 player I think Hughley will be a big upgrade although I think he will need to spend some time with the conditioning coach this off season. When healthy he is a proven high level big and can actually hit a three sometimes, but more importantly make a layup. Things could be worse than him at five and a healthy Free at the four. Another skilled big is needed as well as either the guard from Indiana State or Toledo is a must. Claude still is up in the air, but if he does stay or we add another guard or two Trey is probably gone which is too bad. This is all speculation.

I'd take Caldwell or Maddox. If one comes in, I think it probably means Claude is gone, and Green as well. I'd be fine with Green going but would obviously like Claude to stay. However, with Foster already in the fold, I don't see guys like Caldwell or Maddox, who play 30+ min a game, coming here with five guys for three slots, when you include Swain. However, I think both are on the same par with Claude, and he prompted this with his intentions to at least test the portal. Hopefully, one commits. If both do, preseason top 20.

Great get by X! A 275 lb man with knee problems, who happens to also be extremely foul prone. At least Mr. Freemantle will have a friend who will join him in street clothes for half the season.

I would personally prefer to develop the 3 healthy freshmen bigs we had on the roster last year who already have been in Sean's system for a year. To each their own, I guess.

If you notice freshmen who don't get playing time, enter the portal because they think they should be getting more time. You will see more teams that want to get older, not younger, no matter how much we would like those guys who have been here four years. We may never see another Reggie Butler or Jason Love ever again

That would be a great pickup for X especially if Claude is planning on leaving, which I'm not sure anyone knows. I think Green was leaning on staying but if we get Maddox and another guard or Claude stays Trey will leave.

Give me Maddox and Conwell, and I will call the guard/SM forward spots a strength. We still need some more big guys, but it seems like the 6'9" guys are the ones being prioritized, as Abson will be in this weekend. Lost out on Nwoko this team needs at least two centers and better three
