if you don't believe me, just read the newspaper. Stan has said so himself about 10 times the past couple weeks.

You obviously don't like the fact that Stan is outspoken.I don't have a problem with it especially if he backs it up.He is without question the leader of this team and is probably the first X player since Chalmers who leads with his voice and his actions.Go Stan!michiganXman wrote:if you don't believe me, just read the newspaper. And I see that a player from the other team in town made that league's first team. Congrats, michiganman. I assume he is the leader of that team that lead them to last Sunday's loss with a 45-point margin of defeat that was the worst for that team since they lost to Denison, 78-29, on Feb. 14, 1913. Now that is a leader!michiganXman wrote:if you don't believe me, just read the newspaper. Stan has said so himself about 10 times the past couple weeks.
Yes I need a ticket and I will be there. Where can we meet so I can pick up the ticket.michiganXman wrote:somebody..we can discuss my merits as an X fan in Atlantic City this week. Are you going to be there? Let me know, I've got an extra ticket for all the sessions.
I will tell you this, what Stan is doing has the blessing of the coach. That should tell you something and it is clear that Stan is the leader of this team. To me Xavier's problem has always been that they are too quiet and don't have much of a swagger. I doubt you ever played the game michiganxman but I would love to have a guy like Stan on my team. If teams don't like it they will have a chance to shut Stan up, but I doubt that happens and I am sure the guys he plays with love it. The game is not for guys who play soft and no one can ever say Stan plays the game soft.michiganXman wrote:good point mr. neutral. i would think a real leader wouldn't have to announce his status every time he talks to the media (which is what stan does).
