He sat in on a mock selection meeting and said opponents rpi is probably the biggest thing they look at in selection which is why UK will get in and X will get a three if not a 2. There are few teams that have the number of wins against the top 50 teams as Xavier has which is why Dow says X will be a three in DC.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
