A-10 NIT teams

Postby muskieman » Mon Mar 17, 2008 12:14 am

dayton, Charlotte, Umass. dayton plays Cleveland state.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

rhode island got in as well.

7 of the 14 teams playing in postseason isn't so bad, i guess. i'm too lazy to see how many the a-10 has averaged over the last ten years or so.

With Big Six bubble teams like OSU, Florida, Syracuse, Va. Tech, etc., in the field, our A10 reps have a chance to knock off some big names.

Anyone know if any A10 teams got in the new College Basketball Invitational with UC?

Richmond's in the CBI, which I have to feel will be a one-year deal. I don't see how it can survive.

UC, at 13-18, is also in this tourney.

On another note, I couldn't access any post on this site the entire weekend. Did anyone else have problems, or is it my home computer? But I didn't have any problems with any other sites.

I had trouble with the board yesterday, ostensibly due to heavy Net traffic, but I don't recall problems Friday or Saturday. And even yesterday, I could pull the board up, but it would time out when I tried to open a post, or add a new post.

I noticed the same thing but when I removed the last cookies placed, it speeded thing up.
It also seems to run faster if you don't log in, BTW.

Shadow I always delete cookies when I get a slow site. xu 87 we missed you this weekend but I think you need to delete your cookies files. Then come back on post everything we missed.

I have had no trouble logging on and posting since I switched from Mozilla firefox to Opera for my browser. It's the only thing I use the Opera browser for. I can access other sites using the firefox, but I can't even log on to mm using firefox...Can't get rid of cookies because I have nne with Linux operating systems....so far, everything's working well over here on Opera
