I have a question, with a 104 temp. how can you coach a basketball team? I thought when you got to 104 temp that you might also have symptoms of confusion, fatigue maybe even muscle cramps! I know that all symptoms might be dictated by what is wrong but wouldn't you exhibit heavy sweating especially if you were wearing a suit coat? If you have a medical staff that has taken your temp wouldn't they insist that you rest and get fluids?
I think coach K was handing one to the media.

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
