Given the game situation, B.J.'s 3 giving X the 78-74 lead might be our biggest shot ever. Certainly the BIG and loud crowd watching the game at Merkle's in Wrigleyville wouldn't disagree!

Thoughts---

What a resilient team! Nothing seems to faze them. They had chance after chance to let the game slip away, or just wear down. They did neither. Great performance.

We've said this before, but the transformation of Josh Duncan continues to amaze. He plays so freakin' hard & strong inside, it's like he's not he same player we've seen in past years.

SB may still be struggling with his shot, but the son of a gun is going to the hoop better than in previous years, and is just an invaluable piece of the puzzle.

Drew, C.J., Derrick, Jason, D.J.-you can't win without any of them.

And, of course, Miller and the staff, who have got this team playing tougher, smarter ball than I ever could have imagined. Job well done, sirs.

Very well could be, MR. when we go onto the Final Four!!

Great team effort, as usual! Take Derrick and CJ out, in comes BJ and Dante to step up... let's don't forget that Dante made another HUGE 3 again today. X needed every big play today. GREAT JOB! KEEP IT GOING!

I would say so. In OT to go to the Elite 8. Raymond is so cool ESPN.COM can't get enough of him.
Oddly enough, I was at Merkles sitting at the bar in a gray X shirt. Did I yell that loud?
Bring on UCLA! Finally some payback for that second round knockout in 95? Just Win Baby!

I still would say Lenny's shot in the shootout was the biggest because of the domino effect it caused eventually putting X in the limelight as a basketball program.

I can't say his shot was the best ever but the two shot combo might be. He didn't exist in the game prior to that point and came through in the clutch.
