WINS & LOSSES

GUYS, ya gotta APPRECIATE the wins, the league championships, tourney wins when they happen..and remember it's not automatic..tremendous amount of time and effort to get X to ELITE 8 again this year..sometime they'll break through...

No team leaves the floor at the end a winner except the national champion and there can be only one, as the movie goes. If we dwell on the losses they will eat you up. X beat BIG TEN, SEC, BIG 12, ACC and Big East teams this year. Next year maybe X beats the Pac 10. Guys of my era saw X play some high caliber teams....but X never won those games. Now X wins those games. Maybe we should count our blessings. That is not saying we should be happy but we should understand were X came from and what X is now.

Back in the early 70's X almost closed their door, now they are no longer crawling but spriting into the future with their head held high in all areas of the Xavier community.

take a look around, UC, UD, OHIO ST, TEMPLE, ST JOE, UK, INDIANA, EVERYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY PROGRAMS AND FANS WANT TO BE #1 IN LEAGUE OR NATIONAL CHAMPS! lots of disappointments, it's not automatic
