It was a big one-day story here in Chicago, as the Cubs' minor league team was involved. But minor-league events tend not to dominate the news.

Delmon Young made it to the bigs after tossing a bat at an ump in a minor league game, so, assuming this pitcher doesn't get jail time, some club will give him a shot if it feels he's got major league talent.

If you are the injured party do you sue and settle for a large amount and hope the guy makes the big league or you to just want him put in jail?
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

sure If he chooses he could re-coupe medical bills +, I'd take that fool for broke, which as a minor leaguer wouldn't be much, anyway to sue the Cubs organization?
