OT: NCAA's inquiry into Reggie Bush swept under carpet???

It has been about 2 years since the investigation of Reggie Bush possibly taking hundreds of thousands of dollars while at USC. USC has been at the top of the NCAA in rankings with a chance for a national championship last year and this year. Plus, the USC program is one of the major football programs for the NCAA. Has anything been done to penalize USC or Bush, or is this getting swept under the rug by the NCAA????? Have I missed a decision by the NCAA?
I do not think so. What goes with this situation?????
