after the Bob Huggins foot-in-mouth comments today Kerr Kriisa has announced he will be retracting his commitment to West Virginia and will re-enter the transfer portal, per source.

Powell's uncle was big in getting Derrick Brown to Xavier and is close with Miller, so it sounds like it is between Xavier and Michigan State. I've seen Powell play a few times the past few seasons and I was not impressed with his shooting and playmaking, but he is highly ranked. Kriisa will be too expensive for Xavier and I think we are fine with what we have coming in. Huggins needs to stop day drinking.

I agree, and I never liked Kriisa to start with besides it still gives us room for Dontae Russo-Nance.
As far as Powell, I have only seen some of his game but, If Sean likes him, he might have a place in a Seam Miller lineup.
