Oh mighty Mods, please forgive my temerity for initiating an actual game thread. However, I am 1-0 lifetime when initiating as I did a prior one this year on a big game. THIS, tomorrow, is a BIG GAME and we need all the mojo we can muster. Now let's think positively Xavier Nation, and go get us a road kill...!

X-luc,
I had to calm my co-mods Mman & OSD down a bit, but you have to understand the underachievement of the program is taking its toll on everyone. You are back in good standing, but please go through the proper channels before going rouge on the board ever again.

My sincere appreciation for your intercession AH. I will abide and do respect the seniority and legacy of the Mods. Desperate times call for desperate measures and I am an honest believer in positive karma and enigmatic superstitions. Never shall I again trespass without first asking.
Now let's go win this damn game....

I had hoped someone would post first tonight. While I m not superstitious it couldn't hurt. I will make it a sticky so it will stay on top.
BTW ignore the guy that thinks he is a mod. His pronoun is IT and enough said!

I want X to win this game and all the remaining games. I am NOT a betting person on sports. But if I were betting, which I am NOT, on tonight's game , it would be for Providence to win....and or cover the spread.

Can Nunge shut down Watson again? Hard to believe last time Watson didn't score and we still lost.

In Nunge I trust, he will bring his A game. Not so sure about many others but hopeful.
As for Nate Johnson, any hope of him getting back on the court soon or is he out indefinitely? Thanks all

You just never know in the BE. I mean show of hands that thought UConn, who some here said isn't that good, would beat Nova last night. What was most surprising was the refs actually called Gillespie on not one but two push-off fouls, though he got away with about 4 more.
