Failure to monitor is hardly a capital crime. Half of the issues his Assistants created are now legal under NIL rules. The academic forgery is unacceptable but it is clear those actors stood to profit personally and that Miller may not have known. Failure to monitor is the right charge and I am Ok with what I have read so far in terms of his personal involvement. Sorry you look at this through another lens and seem to be taking this personally.

Xavier not ranked in the AP preseason poll (which is fine, we don't deserve it), but the preseason BE coaches poll has us 2nd in the league. shows how much the other coaches in the league respect Sean and know what he can do with the program and have seen what he can do with recruiting already.

I have no doubts the other coaches feel Sean is a strong basketball coach. I'm not sure how much I respect him.

Inconclusive. However, even if you infer a lot from his words, that all falls into the “its legal now” category so I am not gonna let it ruin my day.

THIS is what you found??? ONE SENTENCE in the entire article where ONE BE asst says something and then another one is hearsay about "everyone in our office doesn't understand why he has a job". THAT'S IT???

if they're not gonna go on the record to call him out then i don't wanna hear it at all. if a coach believes that something was so bad then have the balls to stand up and say it, not some "don't quote me on this" BS that is one sentence of an article.
