They were picked to win the BE but an injury to their Big has derailed them so far as they are 3-2

Jan 11 7 PM at the Cintas center; keep the train rolling and protect the home turf. CU was on a three-game win streak until they played UConn the other day so they will be looking to salvage one on this two-game road trip. Presently they are 0-3 on the road

Winning 2 this week should get X in the top 10. Creighton is obviously dangerous but if Xavier executes on both ends, it should be a favorable outcome.

Makes no sense. Creighton 's record and stats do NOT match up to Xavier's record and stats.....BUT the oddsmakers make X ONLY a 2.5 point favorite. What do the oddsmakers know? Why is X only a 2.5 favorite??? And X is at HOME...strange

Vegas knows. Creighton just got healthy and won 3 in a row before losing to UConn. they're playing better and on their way back to what their preseason ranking was. they won't get to that ranking but they're gonna end up playing that well. this is a scary game.

Definitely a dangerous game for Xavier. Hopefully the team comes out fired up as I suspect Creighton will be hungry for a top 25 win.

It will be a war and X will win by at least 5. Slow down Nembhard or Nimrod as Larkin called him on the radio tonight. Play like they did against UConn and let the crowd be loud until the ears bleed.

MM you are so correct Souley is the man! BUT, BUT, why did he not have the ball in his hands at the end? Frremantle & Claude go to the line when Souley would have put the game away. Our defense once again not so good. I thought for a moment it would take 100 pts to win this game. Not sure we can do anything about it but I am sure the lack of D is going to get us at some point. Particularly when we go on the road. In any case we won another one. Let's go X!!!
