Hugs is misremembering the time he was in Las Vegas with a gal named Xaviera, and while at a cheap motel off the strip he accidentally wandered into a bachelorette party where they were giving out dildos to the guests. Hugs got abusive so the partygoers started throwing them at him. When the police came he was heard to be muttering over and over "Xavier ruined my #1 teams, and Jeff got me fired" The police asked him if he had been drinking and some heard him say " Is the Pope Catholic" So I can understand his confusion
