I listened to the Mack podcast and there were more softball questions then a presidential press conference. No questions on Mack recruiting players for either Louisville or Xavier or when Mack agreed to the Louisville job while still coaching Xavier and thus ruining their tourney run with one of the best Xavier teams ever. Mack seems happy even after being run out of the city of Louisville.

Your Mack hate is still alive. Do you think any podcast is going to approach Mack with those comments? Well, maybe a "I hate Mack podcast" hosted by Skyhops.

didn't Mack flat out say on the podcast something to the effect of whatever rumors or things you've heard about some deal being done with Louisville, they're just not true. pretty sure i heard him completely refute that.

Wow, that proves it! David Johnson commented in an interview that when Mack recruited him in the last fall year while still at X, he told him he could play for him at X, OR Louisville. I used to get worked up about that, until I heard Mack refute it on the podcast. I also know that even though Matta denied at the Steak Fry that he was interviewing at OSU, yet inked a deal the next day, he just happened to have a very accelerated negotiation process as well.

For the record, I hold no ill will for either, especially Matta. What person would tell their employer that they were interviewing with a competitor? I do think Mak's tactics were lousy, but still think favorably overall about him.

The JP podcast was great very entertaining. Funny that most of the time he referred as Mack not Coach Mack most of the time. The manager podcast was pretty boring, but I'm not interested in hearing about manager but people that played the game.
