Love your takes as a whole KR, but I wholeheartedly disagree with your assessment of Claude as being lazy. I think he played hard and showed great maturity by not forcing the action and taking only six, open, in-rhythm shots in the 2nd H, after having his best-scoring H of his career in the 1st. He was the reason X was not blown out in the 1st as deferred to others like Green and Nemeiksa, who were the hot hands in the 2nd.

BTW, Olivari had one of the top 5 most out-of-control games in the history of Xavier Basketball. Even the Washington Generals tweeted their disdain over his shot selection.

Humongous road win. Oh sure we rode the current provided by one Trey Green, but we take this ‘dub and fly the hell home. Loved the competitive spirit on D and rebounding as the effort and concentration was there. Also LOVED Anti’s take on Quincy. Spot on! Good Lord Q, check yourself…

Your right Anti-Homer I was too critical of Claude. I only saw 3 minutes of the first half but he did get 5 points. I wasn't using the right word. I thought about changing the lazy word. What I should have said was I thought he was a step late on his defense which caused other players to slide over trying to stop his man on the way to the basket and causing them to pick up fouls. He did save us in the first half. He picked a good time to have his best offensive half of the year. I am a big believer in Claude and glad we have him. He has all the tools to be great..
