The NCAA Division I Council has officially introduced a proposal - supported by the NABC - to alter the notification of transfer window in men's basketball from 45 to 30 days.
The proposal is expected to be voted on in October.

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
