Colby Jones

The Kings just traded for Demar DeRozan. They already have Fox who plays 35 minutes a game, Monk who plays 26 minutes a game, Huerter who plays 24 minutes a game and Mitchel who plays 15 minutes a game and Ellis who plays 17 minutes a game. All of them are guards. Might be a time for a change of scenery for Jones. He's not going to develop on the bench.

Not to mention drafting Devin Carter, a similar player. Maybe Colby can rise to the top of that group, but it would seem that some of those guards who played last year ( other than Fox) will be moving on.

I thought the same thing regarding Colby and the recent additions of Derozan and Carter. Carter plays basically the same position and since he is a first round pick they will find time for him. Derozan isn't a shooter or defender, but can score. I know they like Colby and if he can continue to develop a reliable three point shot he will make some bag. On another note, Olivari's lack of athleticism and handle has hurt him so with Lakers. He should make some money overseas though.
