South Carolina v Xavier Game Thread
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

X needs to start a good run and start with a bounce-back W against South Carolina.

I’m afraid this team is too small and lacking any inside presence besides Free down low. Besides Free and Conwell there are limited options to score. I see a mid of pack finish in BE and on the fence for tourney. Hope I am wrong.

Sleepwalking the first half until the last two minutes because Swain decided to play. Freemantle leads the team in points. 32-26

Maddox in the doghouse. I’m not sure how we can play Hunter and Hughley at the same time. This team was supposed to struggle with lack of bigs, but we are also struggling on offense.

Sleepy start with the students traveling for Thanksgiving. We need to move the ball and feet a lot quicker on offense. Thank god Freemantle is still playing. McKnight has been quite for a couple games. Swain is best on drives off steals and turnovers. Doesn't really have much offense besides that. Don't want to rush Fletcher if he's not ready but we really need him. Hope he can give us 10-15 minutes a game in the Big East game. I wonder why Maddox is getting so little time. Pretty flat first half. We need a lot more energy and effort.

Not a very crisp look. I am surprised that their press seems to have us out sync. It is a simple full court man with all our guards it should be a piece of cake. Front court issues we were aware of but the inability to score has become a problem.

We need a much better effort on the boards from everyone not named Freemantle. At least block out better. We need to wake up. Very poor effort.

No energy or sense of urgency just mailing it in. This effort is very disappointing. I hope this is a aberration and not the new norm.

Jones gets his money 's worthy on his fouls. Not sure he should have been thrown out though. LOL
