Cannot Lose games like this even if it was on the road. Live by the 3 die by the 3. It is so obvious we have no low post presence, everything is a struggle to score. I guess we will win some games at home but we are not a factor in the big east this year. We are just too small. We will struggle against Butler and DePaul on the road. IMO

The Little guy killed us

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

That’s on McKnight also agree Swain needs to play most of game with Free and Hunter. I like Foster but not a BE starter

Just think what GT would have looked like with a healthy Epps. This team looked dynamic when Swain was aggressive, but why doesn't he look like that at the beginning of games?

When they were air balling shots at the beginning, I thought, HERE WE GO AGAIN. Maybe Free would have helped at the beginning of the game but even he looked a little rusty

I would like to see Swain and Free play together when Foster is in the game.

The same story different game. Can't make the clutch plays down the stretch. Missed foul shots, turnovers and a lack of confidence at the end of games. I feel bad for Conwell ... on top of having a tough night he gets trucked by 250 lb Sorber. We battle hard all game and seem to lose our poise at the end of games. Mack killed us in the second half. Another game we could have won. The team still plays pretty hard but we can't seem to get over the hump

Agree Kevin. Every loss, ( save the complete debacle collapse vs Mich) has the exact same plot line it’s like Groundhog Day. Conwell is simply not the stud wr had been sold. He’s decent and he tries really hard. Also, we were told this would be one of the best free throw shooting X teams in memory. Yet we F that up in key moments as well. This team lacks a true baller. A mean-ass Dawg down the stretch. From a bball perspective, we lack dudes that can break you down off the dribble or slash athletically. Oh, we have one of those in Swain, but he forgets his superpower 87% of the game.
So, the beat goes on. We are likely going to miss the dance again. And by the end of the weekend, the Bengals will be eliminated as well.
And then, depression set in…
