Pozzato
Bad news. Pozzato tore his meniscus and will miss a lot of games while recovering. Tough news for the young man and for the team. I hope he recovers well and doesn't rush back. Things just got tougher for the team.

Re: Pozzato
Meniscus surgery should not sideline him too long, likely mid October return

Re: Pozzato
When was the last time X did not have a significant injury?
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Gym from Delhi. I hope you are right about the recovery time. I have had two meniscus tears myself. One recovery took about 2 months but the second was a big tear and my recovery was closer to 6 months . I just hope they don't rush him back before he's ready. I think he will be our best scorer when healthy.

Agreed Kevin. Modern surgery and aggressive PT make a big difference (BTW did Pogue’s or the Friars Club pay for your procedures?)

Re: Pozzato
Thats too bad he was our best offensive player and highest paid. Hopefully, he doesn't miss season and then transfer like Traore. This is going to be a very challenging season especially on offense. NIL has ruined college basketball and I'm afraid the days of X being consistent contender are over.

Re: Pozzato
Gym from Delhi you are right about modern medicine being so much better than 40 years ago. Neither Poques or the Friar Club cared about the bill. I was in Alaska at the time and there was only one Orthopedic surgeon in the state. Wishing Pozzato a full recovery.

I also had surgery for torn meniscus about 35 years ago. I was an avid daily runner at that time. The recovery was a couple of months. Hope he gets back soon.
