Creighton, Marquette, Villanova St. John's and of course U Conn are spending a lot more than us and will continue to out recruit Xavier. The NIL Cap is a faux set of handcuffs. The collectives and 3rd party deals will still run rampant, especially at Texas. That $20M spread across all athletes just figures out how to get the scrubs paid. The big $ lies outside of that structure in the Power 4.
