Charlotte has a good chance this year. If they can improve their 40% from the field, the 67% from the FT line and Lamont Mack can carry the scoring load that was Goldwire job last year they have a good chance because they were young last year and had a reasonable good season. We might get a good reading based on how they play against Clemson Tigers(which they play at home) and Maryland. They will be weak at the guard spot.

yes most sites or magazines have the A10 with 2 or 3 teams in the NCAA this year/of course Xavier is listed as an in...BUT nearly all show A10 teams as playing one game and losing it in the NCAA including X

Obviously on paper, X is not as good a team as last year nor are the top A10 teams on paper.
No solid backcourt and foul prone returning Center. X fans take a page from Obama and say,"Hope! Yes we can!"
Suprisingly X is the pick for top A10 team after losing so much. Says more about other team's unknowns.
If X gets a bid, I would be exstatic with a seed higher than 9.
Its a long season and we shall see.
A completely different team w/ different chemistry and offensive plays.
Not the selflessness all for one like last year, see CJ's comments.
But it may turn into that at season's end.
