OT: X women lose to #4 North Carolina

73-67. X led by 5 in the 2nd half before the Tar Heels went on a 14-0 run. Ta'shia Philips had a monster game for X-23 points and 25 boards.

Ta'Shia Phillips scored 23 points and hauled in a career-high 25 rebounds. Her 23 points came on 10-of-13 shooting and the 25 rebounds marked a new record for most boards by an opponent at the Smith Center.

Is Amber getting a medical redshirt this season, so that she and Ta'shia will both have two years of eligibility left after this season?
