#12 is still a great spot, considering how awful we looked against Dook.

... and looks like we are 14th in AP. In both polls we are one ahead of the Buckeyes.

Missouri snuck in as well, although Memphis dropped out to #26.

i have great faith in this team. It's chemistry, its talent, its work ethic, its hard play, its unselfishness, and its great coaching.
So, if we lose to Butler, and I don't think we will, so what? All it will mean is that we will drop down some more in the polls. But, again, so what?
Guys, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Sean and the players have goals, the most important one is getting a ticket to the Dance by improving every game along the way.
They will get to the Dance (sorry Neutral?) and the team that gets there will be a much better than the one we saw Saturday, and you can take it to the bank ... just be sure your bank is one that won't fail ... FRANKLIN S&L.

wise has a point. X has a conference and a post season conference that are much more important for this team. A solid performance against Butler and the rest of the ooc will give X a good lead into the conference. Sean said tonight that the repetitions they get over the Christmas time has, in the past and it is hoped this year too, served to make X a much better team the rest of the year.

Let's see: 1) Gonzaga media darlings, loses at home and rises in the polls; 2) Notre Dame defeats mighty Delaware State and rises 4 spots; 3) X drops seven spots with a neutral site loss. I don't get it..
