Joseph Club
Has anyone here ever watched a game at Joseph Club? I have box tickets for this game, but my uncle has clients and I am not allowed to go into the box, so it seems that I will have to watch the game in the club. Isn't there a glass panal separating you from the arena? Do you have to get there early to get a seat where you can see the game? Any help is appreciated.

There is a patio inside the arena you can watch from.
Look at the bright side, no lines for beer, liquor and food. You do have to enter the concourse to pee which sucks.

If I get to the club at 6:30, will I be able to get a seat where I can see the game?

Watching the game inside feels a bit detached, all you can hear (and feel) is Herb on the PA. You never get the feel for the game.
You're usually sharing the glass with;
1) Bored moms (some bordering on hot) sipping their Pinot Grigio
2) Children on Dad’s custody night munching free popcorn
3) Men apparently too good or important to sit with the masses out in the noise.
Outside on the balcony is better but 6:30 may not be early enough to stake out a spot outside. If you do go that route don’t get too far in the middle, stay on the sides so you’re not right behind the basket.

6:30 is when the club opens before the game though. What time does the Cintas open before the game?

I like the balcony, you get served in your seat, if you get there early enough to get one, otherwise you stand. There is a great waitress, Lisa, whom is a student at XU and is super nice to deal with. If you are lucky enough to meet her, tip her heavily, she will keep you stocked all game long.
Still, you do have to put up with the daycare crew who tend to spreadddddddddddd ooooooooooouuuuuuuuuutttttttttttttt and do everything but watch the game.
Inside the club is terrible, unless you are trying to escape the game. Whomever designed it has never ever been to a sports event nor have they ever been to a crowded room where folks want to walk unmolested and be served within 5 minutes of getting there.
Stay away from the middle both inside as well as on the balcony, it is Hell's Bottleneck.

Not sure what time the Joseph Club or Cintas opens (call Cintas). But 6:30 would be plenty early enough to get a spot on the balcony for an 8:00 game.

Just curious, what are the requirements to get into the Joseph Club? Obviously not buying cars from one their many dealerships or I would have been invited long ago.

I don't exactly know what the requirements are but if you have a box, your tickets also allow you into the club.

In past seasons you had to have to have a pass in addition to the ticket, but that may have changed. The pass was given to Priority 1 ticket holders for sure, and I suspect also box holders, as xtreme states. If you have two passes you can, if discrete, get a number of folks in by just taking two in and recycling the two passes until everyone is in.
I'm not sure if it is the Joseph Room or Joseph Club. I agree watching inside is not really going to a game. Like the glass enclosed club seats at old Riverfront. You can stand out on the open balcony area, even if you don't get a table and chairs. Good, but not great, location.
