I thought you promised to leave the board after X beat UD.

I'm never crazy about beating a team 3 times in a season, so I'd rather play SLU.

UD and SLU were both 5-5 down the stretch, but UD at least beat Temple and SJU, both of which beat X. They did lose to LaSalle and GW, though.

if ud does beat st. louis they would be 3-0 vs. the billikens this season.

wright state beat detroit in the horizon league first round to go 3-0 vs. the titans for the season. they played valpo in the quarter finals, who beat wsu to go 3-0 vs. them for the season.

truth be told i don't think ud will beat xavier if they get past st. louis. doesn't mean i won't be rooting like crazy, but x has too many match up problems for us. our only chance would be if x just had one of those ice cold shooting kind of games.

Not like X has not done it before. slu or ud is fine with me but it would be sweeter if it was the threepeat against dayton.

for the 8 millionth time, i did. some posters were nice enough to encourage me to stay, particularly wisexuowl, who was the one who i had made the promise to. if he tells me to go, i will abide. he is my gatekeeper on this board

maybe i should make this my sig, so people will quit bringing this up.

looking at the brackets, i think x and umass will end up in the finals, although temple may get through the bottom half instead of umass. xavier shouldn't have too much trouble getting through the top half if lavender is good to go all the way through.
