Re: Bronson
I've enjoyed watching Bronson when he gets in the game. He hasn't seen enough minutes to demonstrate whether he's learning anything or not. He definitely has some post moves that Love and Duncan don't have. May not see any significant minutes this season unless one of our big guys gets hurt (knock on wood), but could contribute big time next year after Duncan leaves.

Re: Bronson
Per the '85-'86 media guide, in Larkin's first year, X played 29 games, going 16-13. He started the final 23 games after averaging 14.5ppg off the bench in the first 6. He averaged 30mpg, 32mpg in conference.
So, yes, it took Byron a few games to hit his stride, but he pretty much hit the ground running.
I'm not saying Bronson can't develop; I've been a supporter of his getting more PT. I'm just saying it will be interesting to see if he plays his way into the center rotation next year, or becomes the odd man out with Love and Frease ahead of him.

Re: Bronson
I think Bronson's biggest contribution is going to come in practice and pushing his teammates to practice and play hard.
I'm not knocking Charles but he is already a junior and if he sees minutes this season they will either come as a result of injury, excessive foul trouble or in scrap time. This offseason he'll have a great opportunity to step up his game and make a push for the regular rotation next year but he could end up in the same role as this one considering the addition of Frease and development of Love.
