Big East Wins

MU destroyed #6 Purdue. Nice statement win for them and the Big East.

Marquette looked great. Purdue looked sloppy and absent a go to scorer. Scoring by committee can be great but they had no direction against a defense that had hands everywhere.

X is not getting much love after the win against Wake. Partly because Wake didn't look like a great team and more so because prior X wins were against teams that are not winning games. X just needs to keep winning. If they continue to improve, the wins will keep coming.

St Johns was 1 point away from a big win against Baylor. They did get a solid win later in the week and Marquette keeps winning.

X could enter the rankings after several top 25 losses but might take another week of winning out to get there.
