Some visits coming

Postby muskieman » Wed Jul 23, 2025 9:20 pm

2026 4⭐️ Julius Avent has scheduled the following visits, he tells
@LeagueRDY
:

August 30th: Michigan State

September 6th: Penn State

September 12th: Xavier

The 6-7 forward is ranked #74 overall in the ESPN100.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Top 75 on rivals, Julius Avent was at the tipoff tonight. Down the MSU, X, and the Hall after Providence was seemingly eliminated.

I forgot that 7-foot-3 center Symon Ghai was going to be at tip-off. I knew he was coming in on the 26th but never connected the dots. Looks good in X blue and white

Julius Avent, who visited Xavier over the weekend, SAYS HE will announce his college choice on Wednesday. He goes to the same school where Fremantle went. He was down to MSU and X, where he visited, and Seton Hall where his dad went. He has not visited the Hall, and also did not visit Providence, which he was scheduled to visit.

A lot of noise about the Hall and MSU, but I think it was down to MSU and X because of his visits. Avent is a four-star power forward prospect in the 2026 class who has been a priority target for the Spartans, and Isso has been making a full-court press. Avent has a recruiting rating of 97.21 on the 247Sports' composite and is the No. 77 overall prospect in the class. He is the No. 13 power forward in the class. He is also listed as the No. 2 player from New Jersey.
Other schools that offered were Penn State, Mississippi State, Villanova, Washington and George Washington.

Cross fingers because it would be big to beat out Isso.

Glad to see that we have moved on from the pack line defense. Too many three point shooters were open and will be nice to have some rim protection for once as well as block shots. Robinson and the two Euro's will provided length.
