Mack knew who the POY in the A-10 should have been.

Jimmer Fredette is 1st or 2nd, not 3rd team.
DeMarcus Cousins is better than John Wall, and should be on the first team.
When you sit on the bench as much as Cousins, it is hard to say he is better. Also, in crunch time, Wall is, as passthe puck would say, MONEY, although I would not lose sleep with either on my team.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Everyone still think he needs another year to "get ready"?

It's a great honor, but yes, I still think he needs another year to get ready. It's also a smarter move from a money standpoint, barring injury. Third team all-american doesn't mean lottery or even first round. If he comes back, he could be a first teamer and a national star, and then get big, guaranteed money and with it a guaranteed shot to play. He has a pro style game in a lot of ways, but the league is full of shooting guards like him and the draft will go heavy on bigs and foreign players that would knock him down to the end of the first, top of the second like so many Xavier guards of the past.

Let's make a deal -- JC carries the team to the Final Four or beyond, and he goes NBA (although I wish he'd stay). I'd be pretty cool with that. But honestly, I hope he stays...period.

Yep, that's about what he'd need to do to stand a good chance at the first round this year.

I'D take it, but it would still be the wrong choice for him.

we all, or some, thought Brown was making a mistake but it has worked out for him. Sure he might have made more....or he might not both arguments have merit but he did what he wanted to do. If JC leaves he leaves and good luck, you gave us thrills. I would like you to stay but for my own reasons, give us that DWest moment.... but your life is yours and either way people will speculate on your choice.

Why did we all celebrate when we graduated from X...was it because we were sad leaving the school we wanted to go to at least 1 or 2 more years? If he comes and accomplishes what he set out to do and now has a chance to catch his golden ring then don't fault the man. Encourage him to return and finish his education someday at the school we all love.
