Winners of the A-10 tourney for the second year.
TAKING down Temple Nice job ladies.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Congratulations to the Lady Muskies from your fans in Chicago. Lets keep it going in the NCAA Tournament. We cherish the 5 years of wonderful memories watching our grandson, who muskieman named "King Cole", play for X. Even though we are no longer there, we continue to follow both the guys and girls and consider ourselves part of the Xavier family. We cheer after each home game watching muskieman behind the announcers, he is truly a real life hero to us. Now lets go to Atlantic City and sweep this thing! Love you all, Pops, Granny and King.

ChiTownX- Your grandson was, well, grand. Your continued support of both programs is terrific and many thanx for that. Oh, and by the way........A-10 champs....Again!!!!!! Way to go ladies, and men. Not many programs can lay claim to that.
In spite of the cost of living...it's still popular.

Congrats to the Lady Musketeers! and the Temple coach is full of it when she said that the best hardest working team lost. She needs to watch Willy Wonka..."Strike that...Reverse it."
Go X!

How 'bout that quote by Temple's coach. How rude! McGuff had only nice things to say about their team after the game. And wasn't it TWICE that our inferior Muskies beat their superior Owls this year??!??
I was at the games in Philly this weekend and it was well worth the traffic jam on icy streets in Columbus to get there. We definitely had the smallest crowd but with the band and XU cheerleaders, I think we made a lot of noise. IT WAS GRAND!
Go Muskies! Let's keep on this roll into the NCAA tourney!

Thanks xu-fan, for being part of the crowd!
You were certainly noticed on the broadcasts, and I'm sure the ladies fed off the positive energy.
Just like Xavier, you were small in number but strong in spirit!

She may be a good coach and and a good player but she could learn a little about good sportsmanship. Her words are an embarrassment to her team and her school.xu_fan wrote:How 'bout that quote by Temple's coach.
For the sake of her players and our league I hope they get a ticket to dance. I am guessing they won't with GW having one already punched. But I can't feel sorry for her if she wants to pout like a little kid. Not a good lesson to teach her players who did try hard but ours tried a little harder. I thought it was interesting that the announcer noted that she always has a frown on her face whether they are winning or losing.
It's just what somebody thinks ...
