A-10 Tonight
UMASS wins by 20, Richmond beating Virginia by 10 with about 7 to go. If you are a betting man I hope you loaded up on Richmond tonight, they were getting like 14 points which Virginia should not be favored by that much over any team.

Creighton's closed to withing 6 of URI with 10 minutes to go.
Richmond ended up losing by 2 to Virginia after leading by 12 with 8+ minutes to go. Ouch!

URI couldn't hold a 15-pt. halftime lead, and ended up losing to Creighton 74-73. Ouch again!

Re: A-10 Tonight
uri probably has to be the biggest disappointment. Who would have thought that last years COY, with Barron's kid and with Senior Will Daniels that their last 12 games would produce only 3 wins. They beat dayton and then decided they had the season won and tanked the rest of the season. 21-12 and nothing to show for it.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Correctomundo, mm. URI went from NCAA likely pick to NIT first-round loser. Not a good finish to a promising season, and not the postseason result that helps the league.
X, SJU and Temple have a tremendous opportunity to showcase the A10. Almost everyone's picking the Owls to beat MSU, SJU's a popular pick over Oklahoma, and X is the heavy pick to beat Georgia.
How sweet would it be for the A10 teams to knock off B10, SEC and B12 teams on the same day!
