how does one post a video link on MM?

When you want to post a link. First copy the links URL from the site you want to link. Then after you hit the post reply button you will see the post box and above you will see URL button. Click on that button and apearing in the box will be the symbols for the link inside two sets of brackets with the second set having a / before the url.

place you cursor between the two brackets that are back to back ][ and right click and paste the url you saved. I know it sound confusing because I can not show you what the actual sign looks like

The first one posted here used the URL technique as MM described, i.e.
(url)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6J_2P0uGkuc(/url) where the (parens) are replaced by [brackets]. The forward slash in the second tag requires the / to close the code for the link

the address for the option did not use the tags and it appears that this board recognizes the fact that a url is being used
