Pat signed a FIVE year extension contract thru 2028 for $1 million a year (plus increases and or bonuses?) , but he can leave at any time by paying them one million dollars.

That is a very nice salary. If I were Pat, I wouldn't even entertain other offers unless he or is family is unhappy in Charleston.

That IS a very nice salary. One that I could only dream of ever making. But it’s not GENERATIONAL wealth. If a school offered him 3X that, or 5-6X that, shouldn’t he at least listen?
